1. Reservation:
Will be confirmed only for a car group, not for a car type.

2. Minimal age:
21 years for groups A or B, 23 years for groups C or D.

3. Required documents:
Passport and valid international driver's licence with required classification.

4. Minimal rental period:
Minimal rental period is 24 hours, acceptable late return is 60 min.

5. Rent includes:
Oil and maintenance. Fuel cost is not included.

6. Additional driver:
A car is always rented to one driver only. There is a fee of 200,- CZK charged for every additional driver.

7. Time of delivery / return of the car:
Office hours:
Prague Congress Centre: Mon - Fri 8.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m., Sat 8.30 a.m. - 4.00 p.m., Sun 8.30 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.
Prague Airport Ruzyně: Mon - Sun 7.00 a.m. - 9.00 p.m.

An index and the office hours for out of Prague authorized locations is available upon request. The delivery / return service is available 24 hours a day. Except the office hours there is a fee of 200,- CZK for this service.

8. Location of delivery / return:
There is no fee at the network of its own subdivision of Czechocar CS . At the network of an authorized locations of  Czechocar CS, a fee charged is $12 CAN the airport surcharge (Prague - Ruzyně) is $14 CAN. The other fees for the delivery / return service at the network of an authorized locations in Czech Republic are available upon request.

9. One way rent:
Return of the rented car is possible at any location in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary. Rates are available upon request.

10. Payment:
Only by Credit card as VISA, AMEX, Master Card, Eurocard, Diners Club, CCS Business Card.

11. Tax:
The above stated rates do not include VAT (19%).

12. Insurance:
Third party liability insurance is included in the rental price. Collision damage coverage includes a deductible amount (see a Price list). Full insurance coverage is also available. CS Czechocar a.s. is not responsible for the articles left in the car.

13. Additional equipment:
On request: snow chains, child safety seat, roof rack, ski rack,...
